Precision in Every Cut: HollyFab’s Decorative Metal Dividers for Every Space

Decorative Metal Dividers for Businesses, Homes, or Gardens

Precision-Cut Designs by HollyFab That Transform Any Space

When it comes to dividing spaces without sacrificing style, few design elements are as impactful as decorative metal dividers. At HollyFab, we specialize in crafting custom metal dividers using advanced waterjet CNC cutting technology, offering a blend of function, beauty, and durability. Whether you’re designing for a modern office, a cozy home, or a landscaped garden, our precision-cut dividers create visual interest while enhancing the flow and feel of your space.

Functional Art for Every Environment

Gone are the days when dividing a room meant closing it off. Today’s designers are looking for ways to define spaces that still feel open, light, and dynamic. That’s where our decorative metal dividers come in. They’re not just barriers—they’re features that elevate architecture and design.

Perfect for:

  • Business interiors – Divide lobbies, meeting areas, or open-concept offices
  • Restaurants & cafés – Add ambiance and privacy with style (like we did for Starwood Café)
  • Residential homes – Create elegant transitions between living, dining, or patio areas
  • Gardens and outdoor areas – Use as fencing, windbreaks, or artistic landscape dividers

Trusted by Local Businesses – Our Work with Starwood Café

One of our standout projects was for Starwood Café, a popular restaurant known for its cozy yet contemporary atmosphere. The owners wanted to create visual separation between dining sections while maintaining an open, welcoming feel.

Our team at HollyFab worked closely with them to design and fabricate custom decorative metal dividers, featuring a laser-precise pattern inspired by their branding. Using our waterjet CNC machine, we cut the design from corten steel—a material that develops a beautifully rustic patina over time, adding character to the space.

The result was a unique blend of function and art. Not only did the dividers offer practical separation for guests, but they also became one of the most photographed features of the restaurant. The owners were thrilled, and we were proud to deliver a solution that matched their vision perfectly.

Why Waterjet CNC Cutting Makes the Difference

At HollyFab, we use high-pressure waterjet CNC machines to cut our designs. This method allows us to create incredibly intricate patterns and detailed shapes without damaging the material—something traditional cutting tools simply can’t achieve.

Benefits of Waterjet Cutting:

  • No heat distortion or material stress
  • High-precision detail for custom designs
  • Works with nearly any material
  • Environmentally friendly with minimal waste
  • Ideal for industrial and non-industrial applications alike

This means we can produce everything from a single decorative panel to a full series of custom dividers for commercial installations—with total accuracy and consistency.

Materials We Work With

While metal is our specialty for dividers, our waterjet technology gives us the freedom to work with nearly any flat material, including:

  • Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Corten Steel – Strong, durable, and perfect for both indoor and outdoor use
  • Aluminum, Brass, Copper – Lightweight with a range of finishes
  • Wood & MDF – Warm and textured options for interior spaces
  • Acrylic, Glass & Stone – For modern, luxury looks or feature panels

Whether you want an industrial edge or a soft, natural vibe, we can guide you to the right material and finish for your project.

From Concept to Completion

Every project we take on at HollyFab starts with collaboration. We don’t just cut metal—we help shape environments.

Our process includes:

  1. Consultation – Share your goals, space, and style
  2. Design Assistance – Work with us to create a custom pattern or bring your own
  3. Material Selection – Choose the perfect material for your design and setting
  4. Precision Cutting – Using waterjet CNC to bring your design to life
